Tell me if I’m right or wrong or even close in my assessment. My son is a pitcher and he has an unorthodox style that is also causing shoulder pain. Pitching is tough but in my study and research it seems that the elbow, once the hand is out of the glove rotates down and then pulls nearly backwards against the scap (scap load). When that action is successful you’ll feel a stretch in the chest. Then the hand/forearm rotate up and back into external rotation???
