Thanks for sharing this video! Chris Smither is a favorite. The first time I saw him was at a Barnes and noble bookstore in downtown Boston. I was coming up the escalator to the second floor and there he was playing a song called caveman -and I was mesmerized!! been a fan ever since.

Oh man, what a find--this is vintage Chris Smither. Saw him just the other night--he doesn't play these old blues songs anymore, nor use the blue guitar. This was his best period as a musician--he was just getting back into writing and touring around this time after a long absence due to depression and alcohol.
