I genuinely hope John and Chris continue to post now and then. As others have mentioned, it is genuinely inspiring, and super encouraging to remember that it is a process. Finding the right rhythm and balance takes time, but it is much easier to do sometime when you have a friend.

Every video thats posted is a video closer to the end. While Tragic it is still beautiful to see how you two grew stronger each new episode and how your mindset on having a healthy body has changed from "I want to suck less" to "I want to be better". I hope this channel will continue with stories and videos from other nerdfighters who were inspired to create a holistic change in their lives.

I wish this show continued all-year-round :) With John and Chris it was much easier recovering from long hospitalization and therapy, and getting my food habits and exercise back on track. I even think I'm at peek food habits in my life, with regards to quality, quantity and diversity.
@vladtepes977 жыл бұрын
1. on any exercise, when the effort is being exerted, exhale. don't hold your breath when you're rising during sit-ups or during pushups. it's the same as when someone grunts loudly when lifting a car off a loved one or when a karateka utters a kiai while punching through a pile of bricks. 2. on sit-ups, don't throw your head forwards in an attempt to add momentum because, 1) it's cheating, and 2) it's bad for your neck/back.

I'm not ready for this to stop. Far too entertaining, educational and inspiring. Any chance you might do the occasional update to show how a less structured fitness and eating plan goes? Since your experience isn't reflective of everyone's it might be beneficial to see you do it in a more "average" set of circumstances.

RiceKrispy I hated running my whole life , especially when I had to run in gym class in high school. It hurt my lungs and I feels like I'm going to vomit. But I started to go running regularly despite my lack of enthusiasm, since last July. I now love running and I look forward to the days I know I have a run. But running might not be your thing and that's okay. Have fun finding your thing !

I would love to see a series of follow-ups with other people copying the format, and even check-ins from John and Chris at 150 days, 200 days, etc. I had a foot injury sideline me for quite a bit, and now that I am close to healed up, I was thinking of trying my own 100 days experiment a la John and Chris. I just don't think I'd look ... quite as f'in majestic ... ;)
