I've never heard of turkey flats and I'm 64. I WANT turkey flats! This looks absolutely delicious (like everything else you cook). There are actually 2 poor fools who gave this thumbs down?! I'm wondering what planet they're from.

I watched this whole video and this is what I’ve been looking for with the smothered turkey wings minus the rice and peas. We waste so much turkey on thanksgiving so I’ve decided to just do the wings and drumsticks. That looks so delicious.

You have brightened my day. The wing is my favorite piece of the turkey, so there is never any competition at the table. It's difficult to find just flats and tips where I shop, so I made this dish by cutting up 2 full turkey wings. Made skillet cornbread and cranberry sauce (always have frozen cranberry) and we enjoyed a fantastic dinner thanks to you. You all stay safe and be blessed.

350 degrees however you can get faster cooking with 375 degrees but you will need to watch the process more often.
