I've been watching DB for my entire life and just now I came to realize that the difference in Goku's stance (2:42) vs. Vegeta's stance (10:10) while doing 1 arm push-ups is probably the reason for the tiny gap in their power levels. It may not be intentional but if you look closely at where their legs are during this exercise you can see Vegeta's doing the "easier" variant while Goku has his legs almost closed. If this animation was on purpose that would be a huge detail. :D

@ShadowsAlpha99

@@evandow9649 Well yes. But that's not the point. “Practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect.” Goku should have been able to do the same at this point but his technique in this very special and small frame that we saw there, just seems to be a tiny sliver better than Vegeta's. That's pretty much the jist of what's going on. At least for me. :)
@2elss

Vegeta was doing more weight, but Goku utilised rest days to his advantage and a better all-round form. In terms of who I'd rather follow, it would be Goku.
@alexsm3882
@alexsm3882 Жыл бұрын
Easier variant? You can't do one arm pushups the way Goku does it, I don't think it's physically possible to keep yourself balanced if your feet are together. Vegeta's pushup is how you actually do them lest you want to plant your face on the floor.
@jeffhardysoul

This was dope! This exercises be hard especally the last one which was One punch man routine, that was amazing. Really impressive and motivating. Love how much you enjoy, geeking out and embracing the passion and love of anime. Anime is indeed a inspiration , that goes to any art form as music and movies. Anime just be on another leauge tho. My fav being DBZ, HxH, Death Note, Konosuba, Naruto. Would be cool to have more anime themed videos, food version be fun. This one was and Mcdonalds vid was fun to watch. Keep up the good video. Much love. Lets gets this gains and power up!

Thank you for motivating me and a lot of people, watching you since 2 years now and you helped me to go trough hard times. Anyway, keep making videos and pushing us to always be a better version of ourselves :D Mad love, peace out.

You are simply incredible! 😍 I want to thank you so much for the fact that because of your training I feel much stronger. I'm 15 and I'm a girl, but I don't give myself any indulgences in these workouts. They used to seem incredibly difficult to me, but now I have become much stronger and now this is my daily routine. My performance has also improved a lot, now I have 73% muscle mass in my body, which is very good. I am incredibly happy that I found this channel and started practicing according to your training, because it also increased my confidence and desire to do something. I used to suffer from severe depression, but after training and going to a psychologist, I felt much better, training saved me very often and I felt strong. Thank you for doing so much! 🥺💗

Im not dissing chris. im sure he could do this if he specifically trained for it, but doing reps is different than power/ pure strength. Even though they can go hand in hand, he wouldn't be able to beat it off the bat, but i'm positive he could train for it and do it. It would be really cool and inspiring to see for sure though

@@LeQuietkid walking around with ankle weights will create imbalances on your hip muscles. Specifically, the hip flexors which for most of the population are already very tight due to lengthy periods of sitting down. So, by walking around with ankle weights and not only that increasing the load of those weights over time you would be contributing to tight hip flexors which cause loads of health problems. So its not really recommended.

Hey there Chris😭😭😭just wanna say it's been a long way to being here. I started out not being able to hold myself with my stamina and legs. My legs were very weak. I ended this workouts with tears and in the mid I would feel like giving up. But I kept coming back coz I love that this workout is challenging. I could not do certain moved but here I am being able to finish a set of workouts without struggling much. Yes of course Im still struggling with some especially the last set but I just wanna say thank you for this video and my body has improved and now I'm not doing it anymore to build abs but to feel great. It has become a habit to do this everyday. When I go a day without doing the whole workout I feel like Ives lost a part of what makes my day. I'm sooo proud of myself for pushing until here. Not gonna lie but every time you said we should keep going that's when I just wanted to give up 😭😂😂😂at some point I even believed you created this workout to kill me but now it's my fav. I try and switch up with other workouts but this one is theeeeee best for me. Also I just wanted to try working out without a woman guiding me as I woman. I wanted something fresh and new
