running is all about pace, if you look at the time they started, compared to the time of day when they finished it takes a while. I've been watching DB for my entire life and just now I came to realize that the difference in Goku's stance (2:42) vs. Vegeta's stance (10:10) while doing 1 arm push-ups is probably the reason for the tiny gap in their power levels. It may not be intentional but if you look closely at where their legs are during this exercise you can see Vegeta's doing the "easier" variant while Goku has his legs almost closed. If this animation was on purpose that would be a huge detail. :D

@@evandow9649 Well yes. But that's not the point. “Practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect.” Goku should have been able to do the same at this point but his technique in this very special and small frame that we saw there, just seems to be a tiny sliver better than Vegeta's. That's pretty much the jist of what's going on. At least for me. :)

@alexsm3882

Easier variant? You can't do one arm pushups the way Goku does it, I don't think it's physically possible to keep yourself balanced if your feet are together. Vegeta's pushup is how you actually do them lest you want to plant your face on the floor.

lol yeah. my cousin can do 1 but he says it janks up his arm so he doesn't do it. i wanna see someone able to do more than a single down up. you gotta kind of swing your weight over your elbow as you go down, then swing it back out as you go up.

Hey Chris, 2 years ago there was a trend in Germany called 1000 push-ups challenge in one hour. The KZbinr Sascha Huber started the challenge and I am really interested if you can manage to break his record 🤔 Personally, I think you're one of the few KZbinrs out there who can match or even surpass Sascha's performance Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪

Im not dissing chris. im sure he could do this if he specifically trained for it, but doing reps is different than power/ pure strength. Even though they can go hand in hand, he wouldn't be able to beat it off the bat, but i'm positive he could train for it and do it. It would be really cool and inspiring to see for sure though

I remembered a few years ago someone attempted to do Saitama's workout as accurate as possible. The issue the person ran into was the 6mil run it definitly takes so much toll on your body if you did it everyday for a year and a half.
@piwo647
@piwo647 2 жыл бұрын
the 6 miles is probably the easiest part of the training. from a runner perspective that is a rather entry level mileage (42 miles) per week. FYI elite usually run between 100 to 150 miles a week.

@piwo647 2 жыл бұрын
@@abyzz6252 yes I just isolated the run. And 100 squats in one go is brutal, I would not be able to do it nor 100 push ups. 6 miles however is quite easy and 42 miles per week is a rather low mileage for an amateur marathon runner.

This could be possible if one max out their stabilizer muscles, balance, and change up those pose a bit. But even then you're be lucky to crank out 3 reps. More or less this would me a type of "Static Workout" much like the Human Flag. Meaning you would hold the pose in the Top position and don't actually try to do a Pushup.
