I have a buddy that farms several thousand acres corn, beans, and wheat, plus pumpkins and veggies. But he runs 3 Deere's, but his combine is a Massey. He really likes it, keeps updating with new Massey's for him, and Deere's for the hands and his daughter. Another guy close to here runs only Massey and Agco brands, he has ground from Indiana to Ohio. Not many little guys around anymore, my family was a little guy farm before we sold out 20 yrs ago. 🙄

Milwaukee is the way to go. They ha e run the same battery style for the last 12 plus years. My newest 12 amp battery will fit in my oldest drills.
@ThatOliverGuyChris3 жыл бұрын
I've heard good things about Milwaukee, I wouldn't be against giving them a try. I've got a Milwaukee hammer drill that we've had since the 80s. It's corded, so it doesn't get used much any more, but it has done a lot of work on this farm.
@ram_diesel_power60393 жыл бұрын
@@ThatOliverGuyChris I use Milwaukee tools everyday on the farm and in the shop. Their impact guns are awesome. The 3/4 gun will bust almost any nut. From the chain saw to the sawzall. The 4.5 grinder to the grease gun. No more extension cords or air hoses.
@jons76773 жыл бұрын
I would love to have a Milwaukee 1/2 inch impact. I'd probably do away with my air impact. Those things have some serious torque!

Like your video with Burning Dinosaur and Fourth of July parade I do it a different way, leaf blower and shop vacuum ,remove all the shields , guards and clean it up before putting it in storages The wind last season keep the combine clean on the outside, it's a 1660 hope wheat harvest went well
@ThatOliverGuyChris3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I had gotten most of the chaff blown off before storage, but had to quit early that day and never got back to it. Wheat harvest is still on hold because it rains most every day and the humidity is oppressive. So are the mosquitoes!

It's a White designed combine, dressed in Massey Ferguson swagger, that was yet build by another company. Nothing confusing😆 Saw somewhere on the vastness of the internet that ther was a White combine that was a rebadged Gleaner. There was the 2500(R52) and 2600 (R62). I was wondering if you have ever seen or even sold one?
@ThatOliverGuyChris3 жыл бұрын
I saw them at a dealer product introduction. We tried to pick up the contract for them, but were too close to the Gleaner dealer. They didn't last long, but when they discontinued them, they started offering the Cummins engine in the Gleaner.
@ghenry853 жыл бұрын
@@ThatOliverGuyChris I think I've seen the Rx2 series with Cummins engines in Agdealer and the likes. A nieghbour used a R52 with the Deutz air cooled diesel(loved that engine, noisy bugger) then had a R65 with the Cummins(liked it less). Of course the new Gleaners have Agco Power(formally Sisu), which Ive heard good things about. Massey Ferguson is the closest living relative of White(the corn planters and smaller combines have their roots in White and many tractor lines shared alot of parts).

All kinds of equipment built by other manufacturers.. Just look at JD.. using designs from everyone else... But they've perfected the burn them to the ground feature.. lol...
@ThatOliverGuyChris3 жыл бұрын
Yep. I drove by a JD dealer a few days ago and they had one of those high speed tillage tools out front that was made by someone else. I thought to myself... that company probably thought they landed a big contract supplying machines for Deere. Little do they know Deere will establish themselves in that new market, and if it takes off, they will eventually drive that same small company out of business by copying their design.

Hi chris we run 4 8570s on the wheat run and we're one of the first crews with them other crews would give us a hard time but we would run the shit out of them and smoked a few 9600 and 1680 and pretty soon the negative comments stop we ran massey combines up to 2018 when we switched to casih 8250s the masseys were a good machine but we just didn't like the direction of agco and there decision to scrap the massey in favor of the fendt.
@ThatOliverGuyChris3 жыл бұрын
One of or service reps at Agco grew up at an Allis dealership. He said that after working service on the wheat harvest crews out west, he realized the 8570 was the best combine in the Agco lineup.
