100% agreed Chris i NEVER watch the 1, 2 mins charts b/c it changes way too quickly and NOT reliable ! I always use a combination of the 5min, 15min, and to a degree the 60min charts!! For me I've been successful using this approach for my Swing Trades but very similar to what you are saying abt Day trading.
