Ahhh I've been waiting, so chuffed your back! So happy to see you're doing so much better, but also really appreciative of how honest you were despite going through some tough times and documenting that too, I think social media can be really skewed that way of just showcasing highlight reels. You've really inspired me to pursue my love for ceramics, have been following along on insta and you've inspired me to start too! These help with sleep: Alternative nostril breathing pranayama, valerian root supplement (in some cases this can give nightmares...), and magnesium oil spray (spray on back or legs or arms 30m before bedtime) :)

Yeah, Hello Nasty is an awesome Beastie's record. The whole thing shows an incredible breadth of their musicality and growth as artists. Definitely a turning point for them and I don't think people give that album the credit it deserves. I love Song for Junior, and how it perfectly leads into I Don't Know. One of my fav transitions on a late 90s album. If you're feeling similar vibes, check out Herbie Mann's Live at the Village Gate from 1961.
