recovering for 27 years of being an undiagnosed celiac. Most people, well, pretty much everyone I talk to except my care professionals (who mostly don't work in hospitals but practice privately) don't understand how serious the condition is for your whole health spectrum. This sort of information and those who talk about it saved my life.

@@georgiayoung9124 I saw a naturopath and got it sorted with herbal tinctures, GI healing powders that are L-Glutamine based and Vitamin IVs over several months and I'm nearly back to full health. My symptoms were - internal bleeding, inability to absorb nutrients, gastric tract pain, loss of microbiome, weight loss, heart burn, migraines, severe anxiety and nerve damage in my extremities. Gastric disease attacks everything because of the bowel toxins leaching into your bloodstream and into your organs, brain included. I would highly recommend Dr. David Perlmutter's books as well as seeing a naturopath yourself. They don't need to test you. They'll listen to your concerns and help you build a treatment plan you can follow at home. I'm not an expert by any means, but gut problems often come directly from diet and gluten intolerance/celiac or other food sensitive allergies. You may also benifit from seeing an allergist and a nutritionist for additional tests and help building self care plans. I hope this helps :)

The gut is such a huge part of health. Every time I educate patients on their hormonal health, this is one of the cornerstones to where we begin. With that said, we often times look at what's affecting the gut. Mold, heavy metals and mental stress can absolutely change the microbiome. Thanks for this talk!

Excellent info., especially for those that need to know how the body functions internally. I have dormant SLE. As long as I eat real food and not processed junk food (including food out of a box), stay away from soda, sugar and basically no fried foods then my health is good. I need to work out more but my weight is normal. I used to be in arthritic pain daily. As soon as I cut out everything that has aspartame, the arthritis pretty much went away. Once in a great while I will get a small case of arthritis but it doesnt last very long. In my mid 20s I was walking with a cain. I'm in my late 40s now and the Lupus has been dormant for 21 years

Good video. You're right, a lot of problems are caused by the gut not functioning properly. Many people are born with a defect where they can't absorb adequate B12 due to a defective intrinsic factor protein or they don't make enough stomach acid. Antacids will also cause a low B12, along with several prescription meds such as antihistamines. As you know, acid is needed to absorb B12 and no acid means no B12. Shrinks in Oklahoma caused my brother to needlessly suffer for years, due to their ignorance and incompetence. At age 21 he began to hear voices and was committed to a mental hospital, where they said he had schizophrenia which was incurable. One day they called and said that he had collapsed and was taken to the medical hospital. He was in a coma for 2 days until tests finally revealed that he had an extremely high ammonia in his blood and when I asked the doctors what had caused this elevated ammonia, they had no explanation. They said his liver tests were fine, and they didn't know what was causing the problem. They gave him a drug to lower his ammonia, which brought him out of the coma, and eventually sent him back to the mental hospital. The shrinks also had my brother on water restriction, because for some reason he was constantly drinking water. When I asked why he was constantly thirsty, the psychiatrist said he thought my brother was trying to get drunk on the water. The moron told me that if a person drinks enough water it causes intoxication. I later discovered the extreme thirst was being caused by a low B12. Anyway to make a long story longer, he was eventually sent to a group home, where he continued with his psychosis, extreme thirst, incontinence, and other problems. I finally had enough of these stupid doctors and decided to find out what was causing his problems and cure him. If anyone has ever dealt with doctors, many of them are arrogant and think that piece of paper makes them suddenly have the knowledge of the world. I have several graduate degrees with more college hours than most doctors, and know firsthand that degrees don't mean that much. Anyway I started researching and discovered 2 things that were causing his problems. A low B12, also known as pernicious anemia, and an elevated free copper level. When B12 gets low at the tissue level it causes methylmalonic acid to become elevated and this acid blocks enzymes that convert urea into ammonia for evacuation out of the body through urine. When this happens the ammonia starts getting high and causes depression, hallucinations, and a host of other psychiatric problems. He also had an elevated free copper level. If anyone is reading this and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, Bi Polar, manic depressive disorder, or any one of the other phony labels they put on people, go have these tests done, because most likely one or both of these things are also causing your problems. The first test is called direct measurement of free copper, and it's a relatively new test only available at a few labs. The test number at the Lab Corp in Oklahoma is 279071. If you tell your doctor you need a copper test, he will run the serum copper test, because he most likely has never heard of free copper. Tell him the test number and the specific name of the test. Also get a serum methylmalonic acid test done, along with a serum B12 and ammonia. The methylmalonic acid test will test the B12 at the tissue level. Your B12 can be low at the tissue level for ten years before it shows to be low in the serum, so be sure and get the M acid test. It;s the most accurate indicator of a low B12. If your B12 is low, be sure and get shots, because you most likely have a defect in your stomach where you can't absorb it. If you don't like needles, you can still correct a low B12, but it will take a little longer. If you take a high dose of 10,000 mcg's per day, even if you have an absorption defect, your stomach will still absorb 1% through passive diffusion. B12 is water soluble and you can't overdose on it, so high doses are safe. If your free copper is elevated, take 50 mg of zinc, 3 times per day, one hour before meals. Zinc is slow about chelating free copper and may take 2 or 3 years to lower your copper, but it's safe. Like Christa said in the video, get to the cause of the problem and correct it, and you won't have any symptoms that need treating. My brother is now cured and medication free, but his former doctors still say there is no cure for schizophrenia only treatment of the symptoms? The disease doesn't even exist and Japan along with South Korea are now abandoning the term Schizophrenia, because they know this is just a made up label for big pharma to sell drugs. Still no schizophrenic gene that they said they would find after the genome was mapped.

Thanks for the kind words. I give all the credit to God for showing me this information. One evening my sister and I were on the way home from visiting my brother at the mental hospital and exited off I-40 to get gas. She said we need to pray in the name of Jesus for our brother which we did. I also prayed that he would show me what is causing his problems and how to cure him. Later that night I got on the computer and in a few hours had concluded that these 2 things were causing his problems. This led to about a year of in depth research into Wilson's disease psychiatric mutations and Pernicious Anemia. A Wilson's ATP7B mutation is what caused his free copper to be so high, and he also has a defective intrinsic factor protein in his stomach that caused a diminished capacity to absorb B12. When the shrinks put him on antacid pills, it just totally stopped him from absorbing any B12 whatsoever, which caused the ammonia to build up and contribute to his psychosis, along with the high free copper, which also causes psychosis. A study was once done where a researcher tested mental patients in a hospital for ammonia with a breathalyzer, and found over half of them had an elevated ammonia. The researcher said "For some unknown reason, people with bi polar, schizophrenia, and manic depression have a high ammonia". As I mentioned earlier, God showed me what is causing the high ammonia and it's a low B12 causing a high methylmalonic acid, which blocks enzymes that convert ammonia to urea. When this M acid gets high it also dissolves the Myelin sheaths off of the nerves that contain the electrical impulses. It saddens me to think about the millions of mental patients across the US that are needlessly suffering at the hands of these ignorant psychiatrists. As I'm sure you know, their curriculum in medical school is controlled by big pharma, and they are taught that nothing is curable, only treatable with prescription medications that big Pharma makes billions from selling. Anyway thanks again for the kind words, and hopefully someone will read this post and be cured. Take care my friend.

As dairy has soooo many benefits, eggs as well with protein & cholesterol, coffee with so many B vitamins, sugar which is energy for the brain (not processed of course) that I have a problem with it. Probiotics is not needed as we have to form that ourselves within our gut.

Well you have the other version, which is pasteurized at high heat, another process of homogenization, then synthetic supplements are added back which was all there in raw form. You also lose digestive enyzmes with processed milk. Just check out the farm and practices. You can always boil it as safer than the store brand. Veganism is not real food and especially for humans. You bypass all the natural health to make up your hormones. You are better to be a vegetarian as they can get by as they drink milk, eat eggs, butter, some fish so they can make their steroid hormones. Vegans do not.

The actual talk revealed not much especially to people with a bit or some knowledge on this subject. Because the internet is such a precarious place you have to develop filters and the first one on my list is a monitory one so if someone is trying to suck you in to there scheme, be it a seminar or web classes whatever I am highly suspicious, sharing information and helping only those who can afford her charges seems ruthless. here's several suggestions for treating bad digestion naturally eat a high-fiber diet Use insoluble and soluble fiber Cut down foods that are high in fat incorporate probiotics into your diet Try to eat on schedule ie the same time each day Keep hydrated by drinking lots of water Skip habits such as smoking and drinking excessive caffeine and alcohol. Exercise regularly to help keep food moving through your digestive system, Manage stress. Too much stress or anxiety can cause your digestive system to go wrong. (I learned these and why they work from Marita Bio Pro website )

Dear Christa (same comment left for Summer Bock video), dont know if you would read this, but I think (suspect) that appendectomy is the reason why some people cannot restore microbiome! The reason why people got to the stage where they had to have appendectomy is improper diet and particularly sugar. MD's told me that this organ is complete useless and we can loose it easily, but I dont think so. If there is a doctors out there, please give us statistics of how many people are loosing their appendix this days and what is the condition of their gut right now. I think this organ is very important and it regulates microbiome. Without it we have to eat probiotics every day for whole life. Treat all said as IMHO.

l did appendectomy for 20 years a go. Always issues with depression after surgery. today I am transformed, cleaned my gallbladder and liver and expelled hundreds of biliary calculi, worms and parasites. I am happy and balanced as never before. I'm feeding myself and taking anti oxidants, and anti-natural parasites.

Thank you. Nobody ever mentions the appendix! It wouldn't be there if it didn't have an important function. My appendix ruptured 33 years ago and I have been in gut misery ever since. My whole body and mental state is suffering. No doctor even takes this into account. I also just learned about the ileocecal valve and concluded it hasn't been working right ever since or maybe was even removed! I don't even know. But I am hip deep in everything ileocecal now as I think it is a huge factor!

This is a message to anyone with a gut issue. Get your Dr to check you for a fatty liver. This could be causing your gut issue. My ultrasound showed fat in the liver. The Liver controls a lot of processes for digestion in the gut. This imbalance would then cause bacterial problems.

The medical industrial complex's failure to properly research and diagnose and treat diet and microbiome and sleep and vital nutritional deficiency issues (including those related to Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 and Magnesium deficiencies as well as iatrogenic prescription medication usage) is a major reason why psychiatric iatrogenesis is a primary contributor to the third leading cause of death in the U.S. (which is iatrogenesis in general). If the U.S. spent just a fraction of the over $40 billion each year it spends just on iatrogenic psychiatric drugs alone, for properly researching the issues discussed in this and related KZbin presentations we would probably, Lord willing, achieve an absolute revolution in medical efficacy improvement and iatrogenesis reduction.
