No Iron Sights! This was a very interesting option for a scout rifle, but not having iron sights killed it for me.

I saw a guy with a custom LH Ridgeline with a hand bedded action with free float barrel in AG Composite stock, Murphy Precision rail (for thermal and optical glass), Hawkins bottom metal (accepts Christensen AICS Mags) and Dead Air Nomad Ti Suppressor for 6.5 CR 140 ELD subsonic. Wicked quiet.

I just looked on sportsman warehouse website can you guys come up with a nicer color than that tan? Something dark with a burnt bronze would be awesome. I have a Ruger ranch and the mpr and those are my go to rifles over my traditional xbolt and t3x and so forth lol

They mention the scout is setup for shooting at shorter distances - how far can you comfortably stretch a scout in .308?

For one it depends on the shooter, but with that said in my opinion to comfortably shoot a 16 inch 308 your looking at max 800 yards due to the fact that the 308 stops being supersonic a little less than that.

Would be sweet. But no iron sights/option. LOP non adjustable. Babysh@t brown stock only. Would have been better with the Ranger 22LR stock shape (or at least the option) imho. In OZ it'll be at least 3k, maybe more. Im looking for a Scout rifle too :( im calling this a CARBINE

For 2100$ why does it not accept am AR mag ?first mistake. Over priced for what you get and do you stand behind the sub moa .

Stock is too big. Make it 12.5 LOP and take 4 inches off the forend. Also, the 10 round mag is too long, 5 round mag is enough. Great rifle!
