I bought some 23 mm thick , hard but foam filled puzzle piece mats last year to do yoga and all types of excersise on, but maybe its a bit too soft 😊 a cheap 3mm yoga mat was too hard. But balance excersises requires a harder surface?

We do recommend something more stable, which usually means harder in terms of yoga mats, for balance postures. Soft can be helpful when we are in more restorative postures or postures where you are on your knees a lot - tabletop, low lunge, etc. Some people like to have a towel or something to place under their knees on a harder mat to use during those postures. It's honestly a preference thing in terms of comfort. But yes, definitely recommend more stability/harder mats for balance postures.

Christian yoga? Sorry sister, but Yog was originated in India & still we hindus never called it Hindu Yogaa. Also yogaa is not even word. It's actually Yog like Jog or Yolk. I don't like this appropriation of our culture. First west disrespects our culture & then they start stealing those idea. They laughed at concept of karma, now they follow that. They now call haldi doodh, turmeric latte. They laughed at us when we were eating on leaves & now they're trying to follow that same tradition. They didn't believe in rebirth up until they found cases of rebirth. They laughed at us when we said yog can help in fat loss. They thought only intense workout or cardio can help in weight loss and not yog. They literally stole many forms from yog and put under the category of "stretching excercise." This is really humiliating. We are fine with people from all across the world following our culture and tradition, but please don't do this kind of things.
