A familiar face indeed! ;^) So wonderful to see Dore's pianos featured as they are indeed so beautiful and playable. The synergy that has been the result of Pianobook (and now Audio Incubator) is inspirational and palpable with things only continue to go upward from here! Well, done everyone!

Thanks for the shoutout! It is magical to hear all the instruments come together to create a single composition. This is the true beauty of the Pianobook community. I get so much joy hearing what others make with my creations.

Listening to your comments on the sound of the damping on your wife's autoharp put me in mind of Shingo Mimura's piano-and the sound the mechanism of the piano makes when played-on the album Fragments. I wish you every success in your reinventing of the Pianobook Platform for creators and artists alike. Have a Happy and Peaceful New Year. ;-)

Talking about sounds, developers, quality, products etc is fine, but i see it and feel it from a different point of view: nice people making good things and offering them for free, simply because of the love that music brings to this world. Musicians are such fantastic human beings that cannot escape their love for their art, and it shows. Thank you. Thank you all.

Thanks for this. I'm a very green beginner at sampling and this has given me lots of ideas for things I can sample to how to process them to how to play them. A whole new avenue to explore. 👍

Very happy to see a rebirth (of sorts) of Pianobook on the way, truly one of the greatest things to have been created for the community, so thank you Christian. Christian, I do have two quick question for you... 1. What is the midi fader controller you have there? Love the minimal design and simplicity, and wooden side panels are never unwelcome. 2. I know you're loving your Sound Devices interface, saw your enthusiastic video about it a while back, but what happened to your Neve 88M? Do you still use it, perhaps as a secondary unit for other projects? Simply curious as it's such a lovely bit of kit and I remember how much you seemed to like it when it first was released. Thanks!

Glad you’re feeling better. Yeah, there’s a few similar bugs around. The high temp and chuck up one and the high temp and feeling like your eye sockets are going to implode. Neither of which sounds like a particularly good day out! Always happy to support with the limited spare funds available but already a subscriber and purchased a library recently. So, I am actually waiting for those new blag posters to drop that we’re getting their final check and planning on at least one of those.

Thanks for highlighting these lovely libraries Christian! Just wondering: what benefit is there for some of the creators to make theiribrary available only via Kontakt full version? I love Dore Marks piano libraries but I do not have a full Kontakt version unfortunately.
@StephenTallamyMusic18 күн бұрын
For a developer to release via the free Kontakt player requires to send their library to Native Instruments for encoding which can come with additional cost to the developer. This is why most developers release free libraries via Kontakt full, which doesn’t require any interaction with Native Instruments.

Did you ever had a chance to listen to the album of Denhollander (Birth of a lifetime) which you got after the composer walk in june 2024? Just wondering :) cheers. See you somewhere in 2025

Boozendorfer? No, it should be pronounced Bersendorfer.
@martijnvanbeek438718 күн бұрын
Wthout the r inbetween though. In German it is spelled as Bösendorfer. The ö is not used in the English language and therefore hard to pronounce. It’s like a combination of e and u I guess ( at the same time). In the English language tthe ö is often spelled like oe as in Boesendorfer.
