Hi few questions here, just got the cdj 2000s nexus 2s yesterday with the djm 750 mk2. Upgraded from the 1000s mk 3. Not the best on computers might I add. Anyway do I need to go to the pioneer support page, first download the drivers for laptop, then the firmware? Cheers Jamie.

do i need to copy both upd file and zipped file in an empty usb drive? or only the upd file only?coz on the other vlog like this.they copy both zipped file and upd file i the usb drive and install to cdj2000nxs2 thank you,

que tal Christian.....sabes tengo un problema con la pantalla LED del JOG...prendia y se apagaba que puedo hacer habra alguna reparacion o tendre q comprar el repuesto... Yes after update delete it =) later you can reload again when there is new update

Ok the latest update is 1.83 I've checked mine and it's showing 1.81. I've pressed apropiate buttons for down load but all showing 0% obviously asking for the usd...nothing happens taken the stick out of usb ...flashing when I put it in but nothing.. starts up ok but not excepting update I'm no computer wizard but extracting the file and loading it on stick maybe the prob, formated first obviously....help please

on my CDJ Nexus 1 if you like I I have never been able to update the green balls of never came up if you know what I mean just before you put your USB in once you've pressed USB and reloop exit it doesn't come up with No green bars as I said ? thanks Crisss👊

Format your usb as FAT32 Master Boot Record and the cdj will see it 👍

+Raid Zero ok thanks I think my USB is got a virus or something because sometimes if I'm playing a tune will just stop and it will start making a loud noise and the whole system stops so should I get a new USB and if that is so will the changes that I've got In record box be ok thanks

+eric young unfortunately that's a very bad situation. You will have to send it to pioneer or replace the main logic board.

If you are following this video and STILL having trouble, you're probably making the same mistake I was! You need to unzip the file properly by using an unzipper (which u can download from the app store.) THEN drag the file to the USB.
