I came to this exact same realization MONTHS ago 😅 To borrow from a decade old meme: Tom is an Order Muppet -- he's organized, methodical, speaks in low, measured tones. FFS his favorite show is "The First 48", he has seen *every* episode (see, methodical), and his story about how the show unfolds has become one of his signature bits. He's like 90% order muppet, with 10% chaos muppet (like when he unleashes his "black guy voice" outta nowhere) mixed in just for flavor Christina is his exact opposite -- 90% Chaos Muppet, 10% Order Muppet. She is passionate, loud, emotional... but with a teeny little orderly streak that shows in her TikTok curations. This is why Tom and Christina balance each other out so well. Bert is like 150% Chaos Muppet 😂 At least once a year, it's his picture on the cover of Chaos Muppet Monthly. Tom and Bert are very opposite (but he's not a perfect opposite like Christina) which helps make them such great friends. From what little I've seen of Bert's wife LeeAnn, she also falls squarely into the Order Muppet camp. Which helps explain why she and Bert have stayed together so well. (And let's face it, double Chaos Muppet couples never work out in the long run -- the sex will be hot, but somebody has to make sure the bills get paid & shit)

Me and my core friends, 3 of us have decided a long time ago that I'd be the first to go, from alcoholism or something, just me being me. But then our friend passed and it hurt me so much because he was the one that had the most going for him. Knowing you're the wreckless one and fully accepting your future fate is one thing, but then the one person you imagined giving your eulogy goes and you have to give it is...broke something in me. I remember his mother crying and saying to me "it should've been you and not devin." That broke me because I replied "I know. Wish it was." RIP Devin, survived by his wife and 2 kids. One born just months before his passing, will never know her pops accept through us.
