13:50 I was a RN BSN who worked with a plastic surgeon ...early 90s..Oh god, and we did more facial, nerves, reconstructions then say boob and nose jobs all day. We had so many coke addicts come in with something similar to above. Since cocaine and nicotine causes vasoconstriction, you would find nose, earlobes, fingers, just rot off. SADLY, the worse thing was...... even after tons of work, hours of care, and 100k$ of dollars in costs, so many of our procedures would go bad because the patient would re-offend with coke, nicotine and it would starve blood to the areas resulting in tissue death. Rough time back then, your heart was just crushed constantly. OH yeah smokeless tobacco, omg that was so bad. So many patients from smokeless tobacco. From cancer sores, to dead tissue, and ulcers. Young people to. We put soo many hours on a laser machine we wore it out. Had to freeze a lot, also but it was not as good. Sadly, smokeless tobacco users would re-offend also, and that stuff would vasoconstrict, nicotine, those areas just as bad. One guy, we had to wash Skoal out of his jaw bone wounds, terrible way to go. I now work in a clinic part time as a NP, but we are not allowed to do anything close to wound care, a band aide is about all. I miss wound care sometimes, for all the heartbreak we did some great work back then.

@@Dead_Again1313 Very happy to hear, you no longer use that product. I mean, with inner mouth tissue rapidly removing its lining constantly your chance of getting CA in later years is low. That is also why, people got mouth CA so fast back then was because it would mess up the RNA, since that area's tissue constantly reproduces. A perfect recipe for disaster. Early 90s, it was such a strange time. Parents bought their kids 'smokeless tobacco', and kids used it by the millions. All because they saw their heroes on tv use it in baseball. And tobacco companies paid players to promote their products. It was so normalized. It wasn't until 2016 before it was finally banned. But now we have products like nicotine pouches - while less cancerous, the addiction is so high. Nicotine is such a vasoconstrictive drug, that is in no way safe either. Thus History repeats its mistakes and children are always its first victims.

My dad had a 13 and a half foot labyrinth Burmese python when I was a kid. We had to feed it live rabbits. Coloring the whites of the eyes isn't really a tattoo, they just inject the ink with a syringe in a few spots and it spreads out mostly on its own.
