I don't take her comments and opinions seriously. She's not a chef like Gordon and Aaron. She's a pastry chef, only when it comes to baking desserts is when her opinion counts.

Andy McCoy Umm some would disagree. Baking is not easy atall, you need to know the science of it all but also execute it beautifully abd accurately. I can absolutely do stir fry better than any resturant I've been to but I can't make a elcair...

noedits. I just have to disagree with his statement. It's so condescending. He doesnt think being a pastry chef is hard, while I can't vouche if shes good personally; I can disagree with the level of expertise youd need to execute the food she makes.
