I always thought she wrote the song but shocked when I found out it is a cover. and written by a white man. It seems so personal. Seems like wants to leave the city where she was born and live in the Torres Strait Islands where grandparents came from. Does she write any songs worth listening to ?

I barely remember working on this music video clip as a camera assistant. Simon Smith was the cinematographer and if I remember correctly it was photographed at the now closed studio of Film Australia.
