Ahh yes, the Marui Big Bear Datsuns. Cool, they're one great workhorse. At my first job we had one for a service call ute, couldn't kill it lol. I get a video of those in the new year, although I probably won't drive them. They're both brand new and very rare these days, but I will showcase them in a video or two. The collection is always growing, just can't bring myself to sell any lol. I've done that before and regretted it. Merry Christmas to you and the family mate. It's going to be a great year coming up. You have more stock than a hobby shop but then again they're everywhere here to. Can't wait to see the optima run, being 4wd they must be a great buggy. The 2wd Kyoshos are great so 4wd would be perfect. You will love the semi truck, lots of work but top quality and the gearbox is amazing. The backyard is looking good and how right you are about running out of room because they are so much fun you can't stop buying more . I bought the magnifying hat with the light , that thing makes it much easier for blind old barsteds like me. Have a good break Mick and thanks for the great videos.

The Optimas should be fun, half the reason I never built them was I wanted to run the Kyosho LeMans motors in them but I didn't have those when I bought the cars. I have them now so I'm just being lazy 😂. I'll get em out there next year! The truck should be an awesome build, I think with that one I may just build it and show the highlights on video otherwise it might be a 12 hour video lol. I hopefully can get on to the backyard and get it done early in the new year. The fencer is supposed to be here this week to get the fence done. Although it was meant to happen 2-3 weeks ago, whatever! 😂. Oh yeah, it's an addictive hobby for sure. Just when you think your done, some shiny new car appears lol. That's awesome mate, those magnifiers really help. I don't know how I went so long without one now. Thanks for your support mate and great comments during 2021, hoping 2022 will be a huge year! Thanks Andy. Oh yeah it's get hard to keep up with the builds sometimes. Especially when a couple of brands a re-releasing kits so close to each other. The Lasernut should be awesome fun. I have no plans for upgrades at this point but I guess I'll see what it needs after giving it a bash or two. Maybe we can get through some of our builds in 2022 mate! 😁👍

@@RCHobbyShed I got some Tekno drive shafts for the Lasernut coz I heard they are one of the weak spots along with the diffs, but then I also saw it might be a case of slightly adjusting the steering end points out of the box to keep the edges of the axle cups away from the drive shafts too.

The Inferno VE should be a beast, my nephew has one too he loves it. I'm glad you're having fun with yours, good to hear good feedback on them. Snow is one thing I don't have to worry about lol. Oh that is just a magnetic knife block, it was just an idea but it's not working very well. The plan was to use that when I'm building so I can just quickly whack a screwdriver on it so they aren't rolling all over the bench. So far it's a big fail as the magnetic surface is very weak. I spent many years working in chemical factories on night shift, which my body is paying for now but at least I got to have my RC collection. What is your thoughts on the Neo Fighter buggies? I'd love to have a Kyosho Ultima or Optima, and get into collecting a few vintage/retro rigs ... for light use the Neo Fighter is one of the Tamiya kits that appeals to me as far as looks, amd it would be a somewhat budget entry into that side of the RC hobby. I can't imagine having that many NIB kits or models....they would all get run, unless I loved one enough to get a 2nd one to save ...

I think the Neo Fighter buggies are a great car. I haven't actually built and run mine yet but I've not heard any bad reports about them which is always good. I'll be building one of mine and running it very soon. The Ultima and Optima are both great buggies. Haha yeah, all my NIB kits will be built and run eventually. Sometimes I go nuts on hitting the "buy it now" button and just can't keep up with the builds. 😂👍
