I cried, laughed, and smiled at this video. I remember these days in my 20's in Virginia. Snow falling, taking care of my son single divorced mom, working, cooking, cleaning, multi tasking. Every time you put on your blanket on the car I crack up....in high school I had a 1977 firebird with no heat or defroster! So I had a kitchen towel I called my defroster and a blanket that I used as a heater😂. I graduated in 2001 so that bright blue busted car really stuck out but at least I didn't have to ride the "big yellow cheese" (school bus)🤣

Here's a Boston story about Italian Sprinkle Cookies: Poor Luigi was laying upstairs in his bed. He had a good life but unfortunately he was sick and dying. As he was laying in bed, suddenly he could smell cookies baking and knew immediately they were his favorite Italian Sprinkle cookies. He knew his wife Maria was making these as an act of love. He struggled to get out of bed and made his way down the stairs. Painfully, he made his way down step by step to the kitchen. He was weak and could barely walk. In front of him to his amazement was a counter full of cookies freshly made and cooling off. The sight brought tears to his eyes . His withered and shaking hand reached out to get a cookie. Suddenly his hand was hit by a wooden spoon and his wife yelled: "Hands off Luigi those are for your funeral!!"

I love my bum warmer too! Its so fancy! I love the serving platters you found! I always buy. Few when i find such a great deal lSt year i found nice red christmas table cloths at Walmart on clearance or .75. I bought one for each of my SILs. Loved this. You are inspiring me to get started on my christmas baking. Im going to start my gingerbread house for the kids this weekend or next week. Laughing till you cry, is the best. Chris and Jaedan love to watch the "Fail" videos. "Insert eye roll here." I cannot imagine being in snow like that. It is on my bucket list. Currently in Florida, it is 66', and pouring down rain. We are still smacking mosquitos, and it does not feel like Christmas. Oh, and add Feliz Vavidad, Jingle Bells, and White Christmas, to the annoying Christmas song list. My daughter's favorite Christmas song was "I Want A Hippopotamus for Christmas, and I can just now listen to it again. Ugghhh. You should do a "My Favorite Things "Christmas list. I love watching your family, it must be so time consuming shoveling snow every winter though. I live in Australia, and it never snows here on the east coast, plus it’s summer here at the moment, so rather than freezing, we’re sweating, lol. Those Italian cookies looks so delicious, i always enjoy watching you bake them every year. I have started a similar tradition, but it’s with Pfeffernuesse (German pepper cookies with peppermint coating 😋)

I work in a OB office and every year they do Christmas trays for all the OB's and Nurse Practitioner's. Two of my favourites are It’s a Marshmallow World and Walking in a Winter Wonderland, but this year I am especially playing Baby it’s Cold Outside as MY protest against all the ridiculous ‘protesters’ who are trying to get it banned from being played on the radio📻🙄. Use the sliced French bread to make French toast or French toast casserole! You can always cook up the French toast and freeze it for the kids to reheat as needed- ( freeze on a flat tray until solid then transfer to a bag or container for storage-
