At this time of year when we get even busier, and finding a moment to fit in a workout becomes harder, hopefully this 30 mins workout will come in handy.
Don't be fooled by the easy start to this workout, you will feel it as you move through each exercise. No equipment is needed, other than a yoga mat (or a towel on a rug). Remember to add your own stretching after the workout, or use the link in the workout to a stretch I've put together for you.
In this 12 Days of Christmas version of Pilates, we workout the whole core, starting with the 'first day' exercise and each day adding a new exercise until we do all 12 in a row. The song does repeat several times, so if that is going to drive you nuts LOL, maybe put the volume down.
Pilates is a fantastic format that focuses on the core - chest, abs, back, hips, glutes - it is a fat burning workout and not as easy at it looks. Follow along and take a break if you need to.
