I’m making a reindeer too! I got the tail, arm sleeves, and now I’m gonna try out on making the hooves. This is my first time making a animal other than a Dog/wolf and feline.

Update, I got the bodysuit done and now I have to get started on the dreaded deer head. I think it'll probably end up looking like a dog with horns. My hands hurt from sewing as my sewing machine can't go through the fur.

That's understandable, they're quite expensive! My parents would also say no, however they let me make my own, so with a bit of patience and practice you'll have a perfect fursuit!

I have a question, so when you glued your shoes down on the EVA foam why did you glue them to the side and not the middle. Dose it help with walking?

Do you need to have shoes or could you just use a “Slipper” (The ones you make that just.. Slide onto your foot? Idk how to put it but I saw it on another feet tutorial.) I was more interested in using the slipper one since I thought it would be more comfortable but that was for a wolf paw, not a deer (My character has deer paws)

Finally a tutorial without heels!!! 😌 I have a question: whenever I'm working with the glue gun and fur, fur gets all over the glue and the gun and makes it globby or stringy which makes it easy to burn myself on, how can I prevent this? I've brushed out the fur and I clean the gun, but nothing works T.T
