Ode to Kevin We’ve watched Kevin and Aslan for many a year. His Dry wit and sarcasm have brought us much cheer. His cooking prowess and occasional notes on guitar, Have brought fame and notoriety - he’s going to be a star ! It seems others agree. He has caused much mirth, When we found out at last how much he was worth 😊 We’ve watched him on KZbin and Amazon Prime on the telly. There’s only one Country House Gent aka. Kevin Shelley. We’ve watched Alan and David, even the Foxes impressed. Yes there are boat Tubers a-plenty, but Kevin is best. To Kevin I say, ‘Stay safe’ and ‘thanks’ for keeping me sane, ‘Happy Christmas’! ‘Bring back normality’ and ... ‘Can’t wait to see you again !’

Ha Ha ... Good One. I wrote something a few months ago, but you need to have watched all TBN to understand... I dislike almost ALL green vegetables and I certainly don’t like mushrooms. A dark ale would not be my choice and an Americano I would love, but a latte … no thank you. I prefer Chinese to Indian and I would always use my vote. A motorbike would probably be the last thing on this Earth I would buy, and I am no fan of Rush - though to be honest I have to say, I’ve never really listened to them play … and to top it all, my wife is useless with an angle grinder, BUT I LOVE those Travels by Narrowboat with that bloke, Country House Gent By Amazing coincidence, I have a bottle of that very wine Kevin had (Pic on FB)

Kevin, next time you do baked potatoes after you have cooked them in the steamer drain the water or put them into another pot and then coat them in olive oil then shake them a bit to fully coat the oil as well as break the edges a little bit, then sprinkle some rosemary and thyme leaves over them and then bake them in the oven.

@@CountryHouseGent Another way of doing baked spuds is to wash them clean using smaller sized potatoes boil them in the skins then place them on a baking tray and squash them down then again sprinkle them with oil, rosemary and thyme and bake them .

Includes an EVH humbucker and a genuine 1980s left handed Floyd Rose locking nut all the way from the USA - £80 pounds at the time. Secondhand body from ebay and a handmade left handed Kramer style neck from China. My own tribute Frankenstrat. 😊

One of the best meals I have eaten was while camping and accompanied by a not particularly expensive magnum of Merlot. Really doesn't matter what the rest of the world is doing when you can sit down to a lovely home cooked meal. I'm not sure how anyone can enjoy sprouts but maybe that's just me.
