I have got behind as we treated ourselves to a new 4k smart TV and I have been enjoying watching some of the YT channels I always watch (but wouldn't normally comment on as you can't on the TV app) and saved yours and a few others to watch on my tablet so I can comment.

That test stuff could give one a headache reading the instructions. Lucky you that your hair dries quickly, mine just the opposite. I have a big heater that warms near the bathroom, so winter is a time to stand by it to dry off and heat the house. I was given a package of small formed chocolate Santas this year. So one for every day till new years,

Yeah! Unfortunately Royal Mail take over the baton for sending it back and there isn't a collection til Tuesday!!!!!! I know! 🤦‍♀️ I honestly would have thought they would have arranged extra collection esp for the tests to be sent back. If it comes back negative I won't know whether to believe it or not! Might pay privately for an antibody test if that happens...

@@PlanetImo I've thought about doing the same. I'm no expert, but I think I heard that it is positive if you happen to be contagious at that time. It's tough though considering this is the time of year when so much happens.

Yeah! It's been blowing away for hours now - I've heard the wheelie bins being blown around a bit, and there's the odd disconcerting crash in the distance somewhere. Happy Boxing day... I sure hope you're feeling somewhat better. You just don't look good.. and having a headache even makes a person look worse for the wear. I just finished watching Pippa before I came over here. Wow.. such a hassle for a home covid test. Ahhhh.. a nice bath.. clean jammies and a can of coke. That's a good way to feel somewhat better. I also put on clean jammies today, and now sitting here with my coke zero. A lazy day and that's okay with me. Is Izzy your parents only grandchild? Seems that your dad is close to her.. which I think is so neat. Nothing like a g'pa's love for his g'children. Thanks for sharing..... and am looking forward to your opening your gifts. Aw thanks. I'm feeling better today, but I did have a good 3 hours sleep late this afternoon. Izzy's been in bed for most of today with the same headache I had two days ago. She has been on her iPad though - not sleeping. Yes - she and my dad are good pals. He's looked after her a lot since she was a new born and once this pandemic's done, she'll probably stay at his place sometimes in the week to get to college easier as it's closer. She has her own room at his place. She is indeed the only grandchild. Only child and only grandchild. Glad to hear you had a lovely chilled out day. x
