Everything about this time of year brings me joy. I’m more excited for the holidays this year than I have been in years past because our oldest baby moved out and is living away at college. It has been such a sweet time for us to spend with our youngest baby (he will be 14 next week and he’s 6 feet tall, but he’s still my baby- I know all you parents fully understand this 😊). I’m excited to have both babies under our roof with mom and dad. I’m excited for my children, too, because they are the best of friends and this transition has been difficult for them, too. I’m just really grateful for this life. ❤ It wasn’t always so simple, but I’m thankful for the people who surrounded me when I needed it most.

My favorite would have to be the Jingle all the Way tag. But I think I'd paint the tag a deep navy blue before attaching the doilies. I think it would look so much better.

Brandy already know doing the wheelbarrows, wagons and sleigh some for gifts, the best gift is homemade. I think gonna try the wheel wreath been wanting to try a couple anyway and why not Christmas. That'd be a nice one for the dining room at Thanksgiving either for Fall or Winter decor can't wait now and need an extra interest rigft now for the holidays. Are you per chance from Southern Illinois or Missouri? That's the only place I've heard "wheelbarrel." Or where you just noting her discussion of the term by using quotes? Just curious because I like language, and I've always heard wheelbarrow everywhere, all over the country and even Great Britain. Anyway, just curious!

On the jingle bell snowflake sign, I would have painted the background white with a small dab of blue added to the white paint. This, I believe, would have set off the snowflakes and the signage more.

Just when I think you can’t surprise me with a new idea, here you go surprising me! I would have never thought of taking one of the flat wall decorations, like the glitter deer, and making it a stand alone centerpiece! So freaking clever! Also wanted to mention, I was at JoAnn Fabrics today and I was amazed that almost two weeks after Halloween, there was a ton of merchandise still available all at 70% off! I know you love fall and Halloween as much as I do and they had so many fall florals as well.

Be confident! WheelBARROW IS CORRECT! Wheelburrow or however it's spelled is maybe a regional thing? But I've lived all over the country (north and south) and always heard wheelBARROW, plus all national ads, AND the dictionary say wheelBARROW is CORRECT! Whoever told you otherwise was way overconfident in the universality of their language. "Barrow" is from old English and is related to "bare" as in carry, e.g., "bare a burden." I'm so sorry someone made you think you were wrong!! You were actually correct!!
