Tom Gaylord reviewed in his blog, seemed to find that the barrel is rifled and doesnt shoot steel bb's too well, lead some better.

The gun is designed to shoot larger sized lead balls (Diana Oktoberfest BBS Copper Plated Lead Balls Cal. 4.4 mm). They measure more like 4.44mm. Steel bbs are just too small and lite to shoot accurately. Don't be afraid to take the gun apart because it is very simple. You will also need to disassemble the gun to clean the barrel which it really needs. It has the same internals as a normal break barrel. The bb loading mechanism is very cool. In my gun H&N Excite copper coated lead bbs shoot the best. I'm trying to get the larger ones made for the gun but I have to order them from Germany.

The box and instructions sent with mine says “4.5mm steel bb’s only, do not use lead bb’s”

Diana Oktober rifle BB's 4.4 mm a 173 caliber. and not what you said in the video, because I have one myself, you say it's a 177 caliber and it doesn't fit, it's not a 4.5mm that it shoots

a rifled Barrel and steel BB its not a good Idea
