I just can’t do his runny eggs man. I’ve used a few of his scrambled egg tips like cooking mostly off heat, and not using salted butter or adding salt so they don’t get watery. But these runny eggs like this.. they’re not scrambled lol. They’re just egg mush.

Agreed 1000%. His scrambled eggs are just one of those things you either love or don’t. I actually do mine almost exactly the same way he does, but I keep mine on a low heat juuust long enough to not be runny. 30 seconds makes a big difference in that final texture.
