The biggest record store I've been in was in fact a media store (mosly book-oriented - called Empik) had only a few displays with CDs with all genres mixed, so I had to put up quite an effort to find anything. My local store only has CDs 2-3 times a year and even then it's mostly pop or disco polo (don't check it out, it's awful "music" which hit mainstream in Poland in the 80s I think and got popular because it was cheap. My dad used to work in record store in the 90s and it used to cost around 3 USD per CD if I didn't screw up maths)
