OMG Hannah!!! I did the same thing when I witnessed cruelty to a dog about a year ago. I not ONLY confronted the ABUSER (I won't tell you what my choice of words were to that horrible person, but you can guess...) BUT I SWOOPED the dog into my arms and went straight to my car (not even caring what could have happened to me for taking his dog, UGH!!). Well, I went to the police station and gave them a description of the ABUSER and told them that I would NOT give the dog back to that CRUEL, UGLY person and that if they wanted to arrest me for "taking" the poor dog, then so be it! Well, guess what? My sister has that precious dog now and she LOVES, LOVES, LOVES and ADORES her!!! She is her baby girlie and soulmate! I implore everyone -- PLEASE, PLEASE, NEVER, EVER allow anyone to hurt animals on your watch! Say and do something! Thank you!! Hugs, kisses and LOVE to ALL!!

I am from Argentina and once been to London and saw a homeless guy at the underground holding a stray dog right next to him with the saddest face I have ever seen on an animal... I couldn't say anything and just stood there.... I could never go back again and have always wondered what might have happened to that poor sad dog😢... I could never forgive myself for not doing anything...so I feel so proud of you for doing that, I'm sure you would've regretted later if you have done otherwise ❤

It was heartbreaking to watch you cry for that horrible situation with that bad, bad man- I am just like you and couldve not stayed quiet. Those people need more of us to call them out so they think twice about their attitudes and way they treat their dogs. We need to make them feel embarrassed! So upsetting!!

Thank you for being brave enough to stand up to that person who was clearly taking their frustrations out on their dog and it's heart breaking to witness something like this! 😢Animal lovers struggle to understand how anyone can harm an animal, but sadly we live in a world where everyone doesn't value their pets. I would be the same as you and would have to step in and say something! You wish you could save every dog you see suffering, but we can only do our best to love our own pets and step in when we can, report abuse etc. I really hope that something good happens and that dog gets removed from that person! I always say that humans really don't deserve dogs, they're such pure and beautiful souls ❤️

THANKYOU for saying something re that poor dog getting abused… It’s a shame nobody didn’t report him for animal cruelty because he would have been investigated by the RSPCA inspectors and then hopefully that poor dog could have been removed. Just imagine what he does behind closed doors and nobody does anything… breaks my heart…😢

Hannah, I had a similar situation recently. I went to Ireland for vacation, I am an American, and I was having the best trip and was on cloud 9 when I saw a horrific situation in which these young men were beating some greyhounds, I am assuming they were racing dogs because we were near a race track, and my adrenaline took over and I yelled at them to stop. They ended up putting the dogs in a car and driving away. But it completely ruined the last leg of my trip, I was crying and could not stop replaying that image in my head. I will never understand cruelty toward innocent beings. We can’t change the cruelty in the world and it’s hard to accept. Thank you for speaking out for that poor dog.

I personally feel like consumerism is why time feels like it's going so fast. Stores start stocking goods two holidays ahead making us feel like time is moving more quickly. Even watching this vlog in mid November is making me feel like it's mid December already 😂

I completely understand your disappointment and anger with the way that some people treat their animals. I am struggling not to spoil my dogs at the moment, because I'm recovering from surgery and I'm not able to walk them on my own. They usually walk everyday, sometimes twice a day and are only getting walks 4 times a week! They keep wanting treats! Every night I go to bed and feel guilty for how often I am treating them 😵‍💫. I 100% agree with you on standing up for the welfare of the dog, if we are unfortunate to see it then it is down to us to bring it to the attention of others, I reported a pony that was being starved of water in a piece of waste land within the area i worked, I saw the incident then reported it, it disturbed me considerably, the RSPCA turned up, their were initially afraid of the Gypsey ownership, and they tried to walk away, I stopped them, by taking hold of the Pony that the Gypsie had hold off and said let go, this is not happening, this pony needs care and attention, the Gyysy let go, thankfully, I since discovered, after calling the RSPCA about the Pony the next day, that sadly it had a flea infestation on its coat and suffering dehydration. We have to speak out when we clearly know something is wrong, the animals have no voice. These people have to be stopped, its our duty to protect the animals. I am relieved I helped that Pony that day and would do the same again, These people need to know we will stand up to them and the treatment they endure on their animals.

About the dog situation, I think the same, how can no one say anything? Once, I was walking down a busy road and a guy was walking his dog. Suddenly, he started pulling his leash intensely and the dog was just sitting waiting to cross the street with his owner. He started pulling and pulling and pulling for no reason and the dog was just there. It gave the feeling this person was sort of "blowing off steam" with the dog. It made me so mad, I started yelling "HEY HEY WHAT DO U THINK U R DOING, STOP THAT", he looked at me shocked at my shouting and responded "don't worry, it's my dog" and I got even angrier and said "stop doing that to him, regardless of the dog being yours or not, stop it now" and I just turned around (a bit scared from his reaction too) and started walking, while he was shouting at me "LOCA, LOCA, LOCA" (which means crazy person in spanish). Im glad I stood up for the dog and wish he thinks of that crazy girl shouting at him everytime he thinks of doing that again.

Hi Hannah! If you are getting a smaller tree, but still want the hight, instead of using tree shirt, you can get one of those high wicker basket-planters which can find in any garden center. That will give you extra hight, and still keep the traditional rattan look at the bottom of the tree.

I'm sorry for how upset you were Hannah after what you witnessed in London. I felt sick even imagining it, having a most treasured fur-baby of my own. My gut instinct would have kicked in seeing something like that, without thinking of the consequences, so huge respect Hannah for stepping up to the mark. Too many people in today's society are all too keen to sit back & say/do nothing, even in the face of adversity. It's this attitude that's lead us to the evil world we're currently in. When you know something is wrong, we must all speak up & stand firm in our beliefs. Even if you're a loan voice.

I had a similar situation on the beach one day. I didn’t say anything because I thought the person would retaliate even more against the dog. It was a woman and it was a puppy that she was clearly frustrated with. It broke my heart. I understand the feeling it’s horrific.
