My first one was The Christmas Invasion and it remains so iconic for me, my family and I have rewatched this Christmas special every christmas during the chibnall era while there hasn't been a christmas special! The Church on Ruby Road has also become a family favourite doctor who christmas special! ❤️❤️🔷🎄😊

Hot take: Regens in the original series were tame. Regens in the 2005 era to present are dangerous. Why? Because of the War Doctor. The Doctor was modified (intentionally?) to be a weapon in the Time War. That includes becoming a weapon: If the Doctor is in such a dire situation that they have to regenerate, it must be because the War is going poorly, and so their regeneration is a weapon to take out all the nearby Daleks.
