@StarGamek It's not a gag, he's been speaking like that his whole life. He just slows down his speaking a little bit for the show.
@lemonslisterine18624 жыл бұрын
@StarGamek Look at his old videos on his channel. He's been using the same mannerisms for the past 7 years. And when he was younger, he just had a higher voice and spoke a bit faster. Joe is still just as sweet. =)

Yeah he's dry because he's from the great white North..... And I'm sure he's living out his gag cuz he really is like that. there's nothing wrong with that. just like Steven Wright he was certainly living out his gag and that's how he was in real life as well. And I would have to say that Steven Wright and Joe Pera are two of the funnier comedians I've ever heard... As dry as they may be.

Khubla Khan go to his KZbin channel and watch old videos. It's a gag. His voice sounds similar but the kinda "slow" persona isn't there.
@MatChew756 жыл бұрын
LudaChez I mean I'm not an expert on it but you know I'm sure it is a gag but I can I assure you that his voice is pretty close to that. But he is from Buffalo and people do speak like that very selective speaking. She look at Bobcat Goldthwait you know he fooled everybody I thought it was either a nervous tic or he had Tourette's and for the longest time I thought that's how it was but he's not like that at all but the reason why I say that Joe Pera might really be living his gag out is look at Steven Wright that's how that dude was. Well sort of anyway
