Used to make something like the last cake when I was a kid. But the cake was more of an oatmeal spice than a plain yellow cake. But the topping was the same and AMAZING!🥮☕💝

I made Apfelkuchen yesterday and it was delicious! The only thing I would change is to bake the cake for 40-45 min as mine came out a little too dark when taking it out of the oven in 50 min. Perhaps is my oven as well. It was super moist and fluffy on the inside.
