You can't die, because you can always one-shot a random cop to get an instant recharge of a health item using that certain technical ability perk. Reflex tuner will give you plenty of time to do so.

@@catsareawesome_16 I would suggest you to try obs for recording and shotcut for editing. Give these two a try. High bitrate is pretty much useless. For 1080p 30mbps is fine. I use 50mbps for 1440p

Left tech tree for arm launcher and 5++ Kerenzikov recovers imsanely fast when combined with cooldown boosts like the newton module/axolotl

The Launch System I think it replenish fast because of pyromania, cuz exploding a vehicle or killing multiple enemies at once with a charge shot instantly replenish one shot of the Launch System. The Kerenzikov on the other hand, a tier 5++ Kerenzikov replenished every 4 seconds

Why not max out your cyberware capacity? Why no axolotl/quantum tuner? Is rara avis worth the CC cost compared to para bellum? Also no adreno-trigger? Lastly, kerenzikov seems to be trash without defenzikov and the K Boost System.

I did not max out my cc because of health. Also I used the rara avis instead of para bellum because of its health bonus along with the epimorphic skeleton for max health, this helped me crank up my health up to 600. I didn't use the adreno trigger because of reflex tuner, a life saver paired with borrowed time. it gives me time to eliminate enemies whilst having low health thus giving me an instant health item rechare. Also since this is an all gun build I used the kerenzikov for efficient use of the launch system and precise aim to not waste too many bullets. I have used all the cyberwares with this build, but I think I like this one more. Tho the more cc the more chance to get fury and more damage, I think this build already does damage and it can still enter the fury state just not as often. The massive amount of health also helps this build to become more tanky.

​@@catsareawesome_16armor honestly isn't nearly as valuable as mitigation in 2.0. Some neofiber, spring joints, defenzikov, and countershell all go a long, long way for me on very hard. Armor was a big deal in 1.6, yeah, but there's so many mitigation synergies now possible that will make you borderline invincible at the most crucial moments. And axolotl will work with any weapon. I actually prefer to use it for netgunner builds that use overclock a lot, like the Canto and paraline decks. Both rely on overclock for their best attributes, and every single kill will not only extend overclock (+3 seconds on top of that if they're killed with synapse burnout) by a noticeable amount (wayyy more noticeable and useful than Newton module), but when overclock runs out, you just need to keep up the kill rate and you'll sometimes have it back in less than ten seconds. I also consider axolotl and the high-level sandevistans an essential combo, and an optimized mantis blade build against maxtac and NCPD with consistent strong attacks and finishers will make that cooldown meter fill back up so fast it's unfair. Newton Module is really just best for early game when you can't get axolotl yet, but still want that cooldown per kill bonus somehow.

@@catsareawesome_16 it makes all your CDs much shorter than what you chose, like 5% per downed enemy at basic Legendary. I mean yeah it's more useful with Sandy and Berserk but you have other CoolDowns in your Cyberware. I get it, you have incredible armor and you are surviving because your skill is great but Axolotl will refresh your projectile launch system even better and basically any CD. You would cycle easy targets to refresh, like regular police officer, then switch to MaxTac. It's more streamlined & efficient, you can raise the bodycount pretty easily. There is a point where maxing out armor is pointless, you will tank better by a mere margin. You can swap it for more damage.

The thing I want to show off is how I survived multiple Maxtac squads with only guns, I could've done more if it wasn't for the game crashing smh. Melee is crazy powerful, but I wanted to try fighting Maxtac with only guns since I fear them back then. CPDR needs to do guns justice lmao.

@@catsareawesome_16 There is mod that allows You to tune all weapons, AWSC - Advanced Weapon Stat Customization changes You make apply also to NPC. I went with semi realistic approach comparing all guns on base of muzzle energy with 12g (tatician) as 100 and ended with STALKER-like experience when you can get rekt extremly fast if cought out of cover even with full armor. Still, I recommend You give it a try since it gives tools to fix some really asinine shit like LMG having way less damage per shot than SMG.

You carefully make a build for your character that will help you survive in NC, just a nice little idea, I also started at hard, but once I played very hard I never came back. Plus you get to try out how good your build really is! But it's jus my opinion play the game however you want.
