Watched 6 videos and yours as the only one that said that the power button was on the side if the lock key was where the power button is on some chromebooks. Worked like a charm. Thank you!

Haay JoJo, hope you had a safe and happy 4th of July 2021 , I have not had any issues turning on my Chromebook. Although I did experience the Chromebook freezing a couple of times , easy fix was just hit the power button and the Chromebook restarted problem solved , but this has only happened twice so far in a year's time, but I will keep these quick fix facts in mind just in case you never know ,. Hi Artie. Hope you had a happy 4th of July as well. I have seen this happen when Chromebooks sit in storage for a while, as happens at my job sometimes. I have had to do at least 2 of these steps for some of those Chromebooks.

Same here, I had mine to freeze as well , but was it due to using to much ram. With only 4gb of ram, I pushed it to it's limit a few times.

Can you explain this? My mouse was glitching so i decided to close the laptop tk see if it fixed the problem but my screen was black, the light qas gone aswell. I tried everythong and nothing. Till today, i saw a white flashing light where the charging light was supoose to be. Help

My chrome can't come on the last time I used it is when I was playing a game but my Chrome book keeps coming on and then off and then after that my chrome won't turn on but it has white edges while its off but my mom said it's trying to come on and then when I charged it my mom said she woke up and turned it on and it was on white screen but I thought it was gonna come up but no it just stayed the same way as a black screen
