In this episode of the Special Needs Supermom Podcast I talk about my chronic fatigue - what perimenopause, adhd, long covid and being a special needs mom have in common. And how I make the most of my day even with very limited energy.
If you’ve been wondering what I was up to with all the irregular podcasts and posts the last couple of months… well this is it. When I got the long covid diagnose a couple of weeks ago I was like really??!! Another thing I can do without? Are you freaking kidding me???!!! It explained a lot though. I mean even my ADHD couldn’t get me moving. And that says a lot in my case.
The good news: since long covid I understand way better what supergirl is going through with the chronic fatigue due to her juvenile arthritis. And thanks to my physical therapist I now have way better understanding of how to combine my energy level and daily schedule.
So, even with limited energy I can make sure my endless to-do’s become daily tadaaas. Hope it helps you too.
Stay sane & stay happy.
Nadine
