Late posting, first, as a patient who went to the doctor with alarming symptoms of escalating fatigue, weakness, I came away from diagnoses with concurrent CLL, breast cancer, and known genetic hemochromatosis. The video should not repeat the adage that most CLL patients are diagnosed by accident. CLL previously included MBL in patient numbers, however in 2015 the WHO clarified the definition to over 5000 absolute clonal immature b lymphocytes. Next, FCR and chorambucil and chemotherapy agents are not generally used in 2019. Ibrutinib and venetoclax are accepted for front line treatments, or targeted agents. Third, the genetic mutations project disease progression. Focus diagnostic testing on mutated or unmutated IGHV, known mutations, TP53 NOTCH 1to predict those who are headed to Burkett's syndrome. Indicators are known and appropriate treatment might foretell the genetic mutation.

what are is the life span for C L L. I had it since 2009 I'm 62 yrs old I had phemonia 3 times a had alot of fatigue a no energy a ialso got lymphodes in my arm pit groin are a neck to. I had 6 mths of chemo but still have it. I don't want any more chemo my doctor does CT scans a blood work check my cells. he tells me no change a putting off chemo I don't understand it but I'm gonna start juicing a living on a alkaline diet a drink alot of lemon spring water. a eat honey a more garlic a blueberries they are suppose to fight a kill cancer cells. what do you think I should do ?? what is the life span for CLL
