The right hepatic is replaced. The anterior and posterior pancreaticoduodenal arcades are huge. A network of small pancreatic arteries can be seen. A tortuous branch of the middle colic reconstituting flow to a small ileocolic artery may be the marginal artery of Drummond. However, its course while anterior, is medial to the origin of what may be the arc of Riolan. In a normal circumstance the arc of Riolan is deep and medial to the marginal artery. The anatomy here is so distorted that the above is simply an exercise in semantics. What matters is the amazing capacity of the visceral branches to adapt and grow in response to ischemia. It is a pity this is so much the case with the coronary arteries. :(
