You know, when I saw Avengers: Infinity War I thought it was Linus Roache playing the Ebony Maw character. Sort of reprising the Purifier role. Just a coincidence I guess. Also, Linus Roache recently played a character in the Panos Cosmatos movie, Mandy. Panos...Thanos?? Funny, eh? Ok maybe not.

Wow i just watched this movie on netflix. I noticed several differences from the last time i saw it, but this scene stuck out like a sore thumb. On the netflix version, the purifier makes it sound like humans being all different races and faiths is the problem they want to correct, instead of life itself like this version. This one fits much better with the overall theme of the necromongers i think. The netflix version makes them seem like just another group of religious fanatics like any other, thinking their religion is the right one and killing or converting all others.
