Nice trick! The hold down A button does always work. My problem is I tend to get East too much and so counting 1,2,3 just wasn’t reliable and I’d end up getting South. I found that the home button trick works extremely well. If playing on Nintendo Switch then you want the arrow to be facing North or at the 1 o’clock position and you’ll always land on North.

don't give up! This seems to work for many ppl, though they key here is pressing just faster or slower than a button press would be and you guarantee you never hit South. You can dooooooooo ittttttttt

Thanks alot!! It worked. And I also managed to get it working on North. As soon as you hear the clicking sound when the dealer pushes the button, I used the 1,2,3 push and it got me at North as most of the time

It always starts on North so count to 4 you will land on North every time if you mess up and it lands on East count to 5 and West count to 3 it will land on North again you start counting just right after the click just as it starts to spin.

Holy hell it worked, after like 10 mins of randomly pressing and 2 attempts at the home button method(which I'm conviced does not work on PS5) this worked first time. Why they couldn't have just left the Slow Time 'cheat' on like with Feeding Frenzy I don't know.

all I did was pause the game and if the point was between east and south I hit it to make it stop and that made it land on north damn near every time

Sadly they did patched the Trick. But I did this trophy within 15 mins without even Looking for advices and I did quite similar to this video, I believe this is the best Tip/Trick you can follow. Also Great video archeryhime.

On the switch when you press the home button you will get a glimpse on where the red point stopped. If it stopped just to the right of N, you press the home button again and press stop. It will always land on N.

Seriously this has to be all RNG. I have done that pause method and would get south, I have done the hold the x button and would get north twice in a row and then south.

That’s weird because I did this multiple times in a row and it worked every time. Just so long as you stop the needle faster or slower than the time it takes to trigger it by holding the button, you can’t lose. It will always stop 90 degrees from where it started if you hold the button down at the start. (I think I said 45 in the video lol)
