You didn't use a primer on the raw plastic. Ideally you'd need to spray a grey primer, sand that smooth and re-apply a couple of times. Then apply a good quality colour coat, preferably followed by a strong protective clear or a mix of colour and lacquer if budget is a concern. This paint will look terrible and cheap very quickly once you get adhesion issues and a bit of wear. Hope this helps when you need to re-do the paint!
