I worked in the Kenosha Wi. engine plant, Retired in "08". What your watching is pre production process. In short, these people "SET UP" the jobs for when production starts, Getting the bugs out. Making sure all the robots are in order. That's why you don"t see people there. At production time, that building will be bustling with people and 3-4 motors per min. coming out.
