Thank you and this is helpful. While this way didn’t start my 2018 CP, I decided to put the positive jumper on the small battery instead of the long one you did. It worked for me doing that and my van started.

Jump starting the main worked. Now, learnt from Pacifica Forums that the 2 batteries are connected in parallel. So if one goes bad, it leeches off the other and could potentially ruin it too. So if one battery is replaced, it's a good idea to get the other load tested for performance, otherwise one might find oneself in a perpetual cycle of bad batteries

It come with 2 batteries and I change the both batteries. Make sure you need to run you van at least 30 minutes a week otherwise batteries will be die.

This did not work for me I have a red flashing parking light and the parking brake light on when the parking brake is not in use both of these lights are on and I have to jump my car every time. All my breaks work it's just the light keeps coming on both of them the brake light is red and it stays on and it flashes the parking one stays lit and it's yellow
