I think it looks abit thick and not that smooth? Is it better to use cake flour? The method you do is still accordingly but let’s try using cake flour or self raising flour ......Thanks for sharing your video..
Hi, I tried using 300g of plain flour however the mixture became too thick. After steaming, cake became flat and very dense totally opposite of yours. Any advice?

Here are a few tips for you: 1. Add the amount of sprite if you feel the batter is too thick 2. Make sure to beat the egg until it turns a pale yellow color
