LISTEN! ur speaking my mind with J hus n even Skepta there's at least one song you can associate a memory with n it gives you nostalgia. For some reason the way J hus excutes his music you just feel it more n remember it more so no matter how many years has passed you can still play 'did you see what I done' and instantly start singing along. so he can dip in and out when he wants to you because any time he does come back into the music scene he fucks up the whole game and dips leaving everyone ask you for when the next song coming out. I'm a middle aged bloke who has lived out of the country for 10 years, who has only a glancing interest in this music scene but I would like to add my 2 pence worth. Firstly, the Glastonbury acts and headliners are organised before the tickets are sold and this is well known. Festival responses are always good for headliners. Secondly, the collaboration with Ed Sheehan was awful, it just didn't work musically. I've listened to J Hus and Skepta and that are far better aesthetically. Also, when these people play in the States, how many people in the crowd are expats?

Chuckie is talking sense and is being objective but Mitch is heavily biased. He is making allegations using generality It would be interesting to get Poet’s opinion. Mitch was like one of those air balloon people blowing in the wind. You can’t argue with someone who reached a global pinnacle of success about being a king. Stormzy did what he came to do reached his goals and is living his dream. If any of the people in the conversation can’t say that. They are NOT the king. You need good music, connections, influence, global reach, mass appeal, stats and monetary success. Also using said influence to create scholarships, give back through charity and share your massive platform with others in the industry

Its a difficult conversation to have because what we tend to do is fall into a domain where we start comparing the incomparable, and unfortunately there's too many criterion that makes anyone's opinion purely subjective. You can't answer this question from an Objective perspective, because we all have our own premise to what makes someone a King. Simply put, the question is too vague. Who is The King?? King of what? King of When? King of Where? Because ultimately, there are many Kings who exist at one time in my opinion.
