New idea for you Brad. Reuban popper. Cream cheese, Swiss, Thousand island filling, stuffed in whole leaf sauerkraut wrapped in pastrami. Think it could be a bell ringer. Love the channel. Great stuff

Looks tasty. We call it a pepporcini roast where I come from. We always eat it on a hoagie bun. But I make a sauce that is sour cream and horseradish to taste. It is delicious!

I was born in TJ Mexico and beef cheek tacos were the bomb out there! with onions, Cilantro,and of course a good hot sauce! Wow!!! Brings back memories!!👍I miss them!!😢

my favorite Mississippi style is a boston butt. smoke it, then braise when you would wrap it. reduce the braising liquid to a thicker sauce, maybe cornstarch slury trick on it. amazing sammiches.

Thanks for the wonderful videos! Sorry about your hot buns, have you tried using two sheet pans nested together, that would create an air-gap between the surfaces and they might not get as hot!

Great video Bradley. Could you help me out? Say you prepared ribs for dinner but don't want fries or other sides that fill you up very easy. What would you recommend making? I was thinking towards a Jalapeno or mushroom recipe for example. Something not to healthy like cabbage but still accessible for us carnivores.
