Looks tasty. We call it a pepporcini roast where I come from. We always eat it on a hoagie bun. But I make a sauce that is sour cream and horseradish to taste. It is delicious!

my favorite Mississippi style is a boston butt. smoke it, then braise when you would wrap it. reduce the braising liquid to a thicker sauce, maybe cornstarch slury trick on it. amazing sammiches.
