OMG those crispy pork lard!! I would love to eat those with a mound of freshly steamed white rice, and a dipping sauce made with vinegar infused with birdseye chilies and chopped shallots! 🤤🤤

You don't have to cook for such a big batch. This is for restaurant. 1-2kg of fat can be used for months.

It's super easy and you don't need to arrange the fats like the video. Just dice them into small cubes, throw in a cold pan, make sure to spread them evenly, heat to low and w8 for them to crisp up. Crispy lard is super addicted

Absolutely mind numbing!! The amount of lard that is rendered from this is wild, there is so much rendered out just within the first couple of minutes it's fascinating.
