For the sq layers I like putting inputs 1-48 on layer D & E. that way if something happens to a channel that I don’t have on layer A (my main mixing layer) I can drop down to D/E to see where The problem is.

Having the console out the way isn't terrible IF whoever is mixing FOH can be out in the congregation mixing with an iPad.

A couple ways depending on how far your distance is. You could do SDI from a deck link duo to each of your outputs and get a SDI to HDMI converter if you don't have an input for SDI
