CHURCH & GRAVEYARD | Sims 4 Speed Build

Hi guys! Welcome to more horror builds in #TheSims4 ! We need so many more spooky scary builds with an eerie feel. Sims is too family friendly sometimes and since october is very soon upon us I will continue the tradition on my channel to put only horror builds out on october! This year we start with something easy and kind of normal. A church and a graveyard for your Sims to go to and mourn their loved ones, maybe even resurrect them with the right spells from the Realm of Magic Pack or live there as a vampire! The church itself is actually a small chapel that is inspired by the big cathedrals here in germany and I really liek how detailed it is. It is of course the church of our lord and saviour the lionfish god and therefore he is present in the interior decoration of this building.

I like to walk with my dog in the graveyard too, less people and yet feeling a little bit closer to those who lived before. Some lived only one day, some young mothers that died half a year or less after their child, people with fabulous titles, names that aren't as common anymore, people with only their surname, some that almost share their names with famous people, some with decorations given by the local kindergarten, some that are knocked over, some that are forgotten, old people I met when I was very young, etc. Everyone has their own stories. Some died too young, some were moved from the outer graveyard to the inner(back in the day, people who had committed suicide weren't buried in the main graveyard), some lived longer than a century. Makes me feel small when I think about it :/

Yes! This! I love this. It also makes feel a bit irrelevant and I think it brings you to see some "problems" you may have into another perspective. The world doesn't revolve around us. Make the best out of your life, stay happy, make others happy. At least that's what it gives me, besides of course amazing gardens, cool statues and art and a beautiful spot to have a walk in.

I love October for all the spooky stuff people make in the Sims. Great first Spooktober build! I love that we have stained glass windows now so we can make these types of churches/cathedrals. I also love your graveyard layout!

Realm of magic windows remind me of Whipstaff manor from Casper, I know that its not horror but it is a halloween classic, or i would love to see a sims version of the addams family house or the which was inspired by the bates house from Psycho, or the other way around.

The house from Casper is quite big so I am not sure if I can even rebuild that with the small lots we have. The Addams Family house has been requested so many times. So I guess I have to build that at some point😂

This is so cool! I love all the haunted creepy builds in October! I would love to see something inspired by The House of the Seven Gables, in Salem, Mass - it's not specifically a horror movie (although it's appeared in various things filmed in Salem) but rather a real life building that is supposed to be haunted, it would be really neat to see something similar in game as a spellcaster house.

Hey, Fry! You know how happy I am that it's almost October??? Probably as happy as you! I love this build, and the fact you didn't even hide the lionfish. (Blessed be his fin) This looks like a place young goth me would have gladly hung out. I actually have pictures of me at a local graveyard. If I remember, I'll put one on my Instagram. I would like to see you do the cabin from Evil Dead! It's one of my favorite horror movies. I hope you're doing well, and I can't WAIT for more horror builds!

I was thinking the same!! The evil Dead cabin for me started the whole cabin in the woods trend. So we have to pay hommage to it somehow! Another cool thing about spooktober is, that I get to rewatch a lot of horror movies again... ya know... for “research” haha!

In my life, every day is Halloween and a good excuse for horror. But, I do have certain movies I only watch this time of year. Also, I live close to where the first Evil Dead was filmed! Only thing I can't decide is where the build would look best, but you're good at choosing good locations.

I would love to walk through a cemetery in Germany. It would be fascinating to read all the names. It would also be amazing to search for my ancestors graves. I went through cemeteries in England, Scotland and Ireland when I travelled to Europe and found many family names. It was an amazing feeling like I was tied to that area.

Build idea: make one of those summer campsites that is typical for some horror movies. Small houses where the students sleep with like a big cottage in the middle where the communal areas are. They are usually placed near a lake. Hopefully, you get what I mean.

Okay, found it, it was a Television show "tales from the Crypt" (not the Animated Series, the Real Life one from 89-93, I came to that Show after my 18th Birthday because I liked the animated Series as a Kid which was produced after the Original ended) BUT what I had in mind was actually one of the Movies from that Show. "Vault of Horror" I think it would be great if you would build your interpretation of the Office Build with the sub-basement which looks like a gentlemens Club.

@@Simproved Well I watched a Version of it during a Halloween-Special-Day on a Channel. The hole Day only "Goosbump" and "Tales from the Crypt". That was when I saw the Old Movie, because it was made at 1972. I think I mixed something about the Information, but everything (Show and Movie) was based on a Comic-Series. But what I remember that five People went into a Office Building and used the Elevator and then they ended up in the Basement, which was furnished like a Gentlemen's Club, and could not go back. And what I also remember is a Underground Cementary, because there was a Door which led to that Cementary. But I want you to create your own Version of it, because the "Modern Office Building" of 1972 is a little bit out od date, but maybe the right Horrorbuilding for San Mishuno?

Maybe you can do the College of Winterhold from the video game Skyrim. The college is mostly for witches and wizards. Copy and paste from wiki: "The College of Winterhold is a faction that you have the option of joining. It is Skyrim's equivalent of the Mages Guild from earlier Elder Scrolls games. The College is the only place in Skyrim dedicated to education and practice in the magical arts."

Can you build the house from gone home, the video game? I know, it's not really spooky but it kinda feels like a horror game when you play it not knowing the story. Also, the house is so nice and has many nooks and crannies and secret passages, so for me, it qualifies as a spooky build😅

I started that movie several times already but couldn’t watch it till the end because it was so bad... i also don’t think you see the abby that good in the movie. Could be any monastery abby build but creepy... which on the other hand is a bit more interesting
