Love the stretching stuff. I would love to see a full on in depth stretching and mobility video for warning up and warming down. That would be awesome.

agree absolutely, as I get older my warmups get longer and longer and cooldowns actually involve real stretching. Not saying to do it when you're young, I felt warmed up enough after 10 minutes back then but you gotta respect the process as you age.

Great content especially the 15mins of back protocol stretching rich froning does, would love to see this in more depth. Being a diabetic & having a CGM just wondering if his CGM gives accurate readings being over the tattoo? would like to see the difference in the other arm as they say to avoid putting them over tattoos. Thanks legends.

She (and some other female athletes) has done a couple interviews about eating for health vs eating for competing. I think she has naturally lost some weight because she’s not trying to keep the competition physique. She’s beautiful either way! (Not that you were implying otherwise) 😊
