Again, absolutely amazing to see you down there with Rich, Coop. He's always seemed like the kind of guy that would be great to sit down and hang out with and this is probably amongst the most comfortable I've seen him on video. Rich has done it right down there in Cookeville.

My wife and I visited CrossFit Mayhem as we drove across the country moving from florida to Idaho. We were greeted with a smile, very kind people that went above and beyond to make our visit special, including making a BBQ recommendation. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Rich but I’d definitely like to as he is a guy who is doing it right (Faith first) Great reference to King David at the end also.
