I made these today for Father's Day and they turned out great! It took me a while to make the molds and fill them with the batter, but I am happy with the end result. Make sure to grease the molds well or otherwise the donuts will not pop right out.

I made it today and it was absolutely yummy! thanks for the recipe Gemma! I will make it again for sure! I did not have cream so I used 1/2 cup of milk and 1 Tablespoon of cream cheese and 3 Tablespoons of Nutella and it turned out as a yummy chocolate ganache :)

Hi Gemma! Love your vids! here in Argentina, we ate churros as breakfast or snacks, but they MUST be fried and crunchy. Also there are filled with dulce de leche and coated with hard chocolate, the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS.

Chocolate strata pie. Pie crust, filled with a meringue & baked until crunchy/chewy. Then drizzled with melted chocolate. Then chocolate mousse. Then whipped cream with more drizzled chocolate.

my favorite dessert are a simple cheddar-chocolate toast (sounds weird but tasted really good), a simple strawberry cheesecake, -100 C vanilla Ice cream (the ice cream has sphere shape and melt instantly in your mouth), and eating french fries with ice cream as sauce (again, sounds weird but very tasty)

Great question! It is best to bake them then store them in the freezer as the baking powder will deactivate if kept too long. It would work best if frozen until required, then refreshed in a hot oven before finishing with the sugar and eating. www.biggerbolderbaking.com/churro-donuts/

The best dessert I've had is the WINDOW CATHEDRAL. It's an almond jelly with rainbow colored jello with citrus flavors in it. I find it very refreshing :)
